Data Response's Senior Management Team has the vision and expertise necessary to lead the day to day activities and growth of our business. They have fostered the business ethos on which our company has grown – pro-active, practical, hands on dedication, and leading by example.

These same people are also our senior Account and Project Managers to whom our clients can confidently entrust their operational and strategic campaigns.

Kerry Allday, Managing Director, started Data Response back in 1989 and remains as central to the ongoing growth and evolution of the business today as she was at its inception. Kerry has been working in the direct marketing and call centre environment for over 25 years now and continues to share her knowledge daily with staff, clients and prospective clients alike.

Andrew Mitchell, General Manager - Operations and Finance, has extensive experience in a range of industries and organisations varying from small, privately owned companies to large corporations. His knowledge of the crucial financial aspects is just as invaluable to the efficiency and profitability of our clients campaigns as it is to Data Response.

Theona Ebbutt, Call Centre Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of the day to day activities of our various marketing support supervisors, teams and operators. His strategic and operational experience in large, medium and small enterprises is a corner stone in the delivery of agreed outcomes, on time and within budget.

Chris Collins, Manager Information Systems, has significant experience in software development for logistics and marketing applications. He is responsible for the creation, customisation and on going operation of the technology used by Data Response. His expertise supports the data, information management and reporting in relation to all our clients activities.
